Our chef loves simple and genuine cuisine, with touches of refined originality. It is evident in the choice of the best and freshest products, always seasonal fruit of our land, as well as meat and fish from the region and delicate herbs from our gardens. Dishes always rich in taste but light, able to whet the desire for good and simple things. To start the day with a nice, satisfied smile we need a good breakfast with a wide selection of bread, quality products from local farms such as eggs, mixed cold cuts, cheeses and honey, fruit juices and jams, yoghurt and various muesli, fresh fruit, the sweet corner with cakes and croissants, and a wide range of teas and loose teas. On request we are available to find alternative menus for those following a particular diet … Every day, for lunch and dinner, a menu created to spoil our guests with many specialties, carefully prepared by our kitchen staff.
